What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor with procedures and provide 4-handed dentistry
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Provide a comfortable, positive patient experience
- Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
- Assist with lab work and post-operative instructions
- Keep rooms organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient
- Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by training and certification
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team
- Follow office protocols and contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive work environment
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Dental radiology certification preferred, if required by state regulations
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
