The Role

We are seeking a full-time, high-energy Sales Consultant who thrives on human connection and elite service. This is not a passive retail role. You will actively build a book of business through aggressive clienteling, personal outreach, and local networking. If you are a proactive seller who loves fashion and knows how to cultivate lasting client relationships, we want you on our founding team.

What You Will Do

• Drive Sales: Exceed personal daily and monthly revenue goals through high-energy floor selling.
• Proactive Clienteling: Build, maintain, and grow a loyal local client database.
• Outreach: Regularly contact clients via phone, text, and email about new arrivals and private events.
• Styling: Provide expert wardrobe consultations and an elevated, customized shopping experience.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Barry Alexander dynamically within the upscale Bozeman community.

• Proven Track Record: Experience in high-ticket sales, luxury retail, or premium hospitality.

  Compensation & Benefits
• Target Earnings: $30.00 per hour (Expect to double your base pay through our lucrative commission structure).
• Base Pay: Guaranteed $15.00 per hour.
