We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Occupation Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient FollowUp: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the occupation therapist.
- Treatment Planning: Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
- Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the occupational therapist.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
- Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Associate Degree as Occupational Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
