Responsibilities:
The Contracts Legal Analyst will support Barrow Wise's San Diego project and perform the following duties:
- Deliver contracts expertise concerning sourcing of Managed Services, including application development, network services, service desk, wireless services, etc.
- Develop initial procurement documentation and contract schedules templates (including, but not limited to, RFP, Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement, Governance Schedule, Fees Schedule, Definitions Schedule, Inventory Schedule, Standards Schedule, Transition Schedule, Policies Schedule, Reporting Schedule, etc., and Master Services Agreement)
- Provide legal analysis and advice to the City Attorney and the Department of IT relating to contractual issues
- Plan and schedule milestone procurement meetings (including, but not limited to, RFP response reviews, evaluation meetings, vendor presentations, etc.)
- Attend meetings in person in San Diego when required
- Perform duties in San Diego or remotely
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree or JD
- Minimum of 5 years providing IT contract expertise to public agencies

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
