This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Foreman based in Dallas, TX. The Construction Foreman will manage and supervise construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Concrete and experience with Heavy Equipment operations.
Knowledgee of blueprint reading.
- Proficient understanding of Quality Control processes in construction projects
- Strong Communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Knowledgee of safety protocols and ability to enforce compliance on-site
- Previous experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role is preferred
- High school
- Bilingual. English/ Spanish. additional certifications or training in construction management is a plus
