We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Agency Representative to drive the growth of our insurance firm. This position focuses entirely on the front end of the sales cycle: finding new opportunities and setting stage-one appointments. You will not be responsible for closing deals. Your main goal is to build a robust pipeline and ensure our sales calendar is consistently filled with qualified prospects. This is a hybrid role requiring only two days per week in our physical office.
Work Structure & Compensation
· Work Location: Hybrid schedule (2 days in-office per week, 3 days remote).
· Compensation Type: 100% Bonus structure.
· Bonus Incentives: High earnings potential through tailored performance bonuses:

Core Responsibilities
· Daily Performance Goal: Maintain high daily activity by hitting a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day OR booking 2 confirmed appointments per day—whichever milestone is reached first.
· Prospect New Clients: Create and execute a structured sales funnel approach to generate and qualify fresh leads.
· Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality consultation appointments for our sales team with both brand-new prospects and existing agency clients.
· EZlynx CRM Management: Build, organize, and meticulously maintain an active prospect list directly within the EZlynx platform.
· Activity Reporting: Compile and submit detailed weekly sales reports tracking CRM metrics, outbound dials, and appointments booked.
· Schedule Discipline: Strictly follow the established representative schedule to remain on task, optimize daily outreach, and focus on career-building habits.
· Data Hygiene: Log all interactions, phone numbers, and initial policy dates accurately in EZlynx to ensure seamless handoffs to closing agents.
