Job Summary
Barron County, WI is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our ADRC/Aging Department and Veteran's Office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed
* Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and filing systems
* Assist with administrative tasks, including correspondence, mail sorting, and data entry
* Collaborate with department staff to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Requirements:
* High School Diploma/equivalent and at least one year of office support experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
