Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in printer repair, hardware troubleshooting, PC repair, and related technical support. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of hardware and equipment at customer locations, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair printers, PCs, and other hardware efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce service calls.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide on-site support to clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in printer repair, PC repair, or hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, drivers, and operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
