What You'll Do
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including Front and Back of House
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and employee performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume full-service setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage labor, costs, and financial performance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Strong commitment to hospitality and operational excellence

Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 years or older
- 2 years experience managing restaurant operations, financials, and control systems
