2 years well-rounded clerical/office background and customer service to assist in a small-office environment.
Potential temporary-to-hire placement, beginning as a temporary assignment in a few weeks.
This person will also make outbound calls for additional information needed, handle order updates, and general sales support calls, and back-up the receptionist.
- Quick touch typing-40-wpm
- Competent using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Accuracy and detail-oriented
- Telephone experience and etiquette
- Personable, professional, and engaging phone manner
$19/hr M-F 8a-5, Overtime may be necessary to open the office early or close a little late.
