We are partnering with an innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation autologous cell therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technical development team focused on advancing iPSC-derived cell therapies from early development through clinical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technology transfer of cell therapy manufacturing processes from external collaborators into internal laboratories.
- Develop, optimize, and characterize iPSC-derived neuronal manufacturing processes for clinical application.
- Design and execute process development experiments to improve robustness, reproducibility, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, and cross-functional teams to support GMP process implementation and future tech transfers.
- Author technical reports, SOPs, protocols, and development documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD with 3 years of industry experience or MS with 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with iPSC culture, expansion, and differentiation is required.
- Direct experience working with neurons or neuronal differentiation is required.
- Background in cell therapy process development, technology transfer, and process characterization.
- Strong laboratory, data analysis, and technical writing skills.
- GMP experience is a plus.
