Job Responsibilities:
- The Process Development Associate will be responsible for upstream process operations, including media preparation, bioreactor inoculation & monitoring
- Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and company SOPs, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all process operations.
- You will participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness and efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology with at least 6 years of experience in upstream biologics manufacturing and development operations
- Extensive experience working with bioreactors and automation systems, such as DeltaV or Cytiva Unicorn
- You will need in depth experience working with cell culture techniques and fermentation processes.
