The Role
Take full ownership of month-end close and management accounts for the Italian entity and act as a hands-on finance partner to the local commercial team and the Head of Finance Europe. You’ll also lead the NetSuite rollout in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Own month-end close and the monthly management pack (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis)
Manage AP, cash, bank reconciliations and the fixed asset register
Oversee inventory, stock movements and COGS
Handle intercompany recharges, reconciliations and group reporting
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and transfer pricing
Support statutory compliance and liaise with external auditors
Partner with Sales and Operations on commissions, dashboards and forecasts
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and rolling outlooks
What You’ll Bring
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Italian equivalent qualification
Proven Financial Controller or Management Accountant experience
Knowledge of IFRS, Italian GAAP and local taxes
ERP experience (NetSuite or similar)
Fluent English and strong Italian
Nice to have: transfer pricing and intercompany experience
