What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician (LCPC/LPC, LCSW/LSW, Psy.D) position at Barrington Behavioral Health & Wellness?

- A current and active license in IL
- Plus if you have experience with child and adolescent developmental psychology, family dynamics, and therapeutic modalities relevant to youth.
- Exceptional ability to connect with clients, building rapport and trust through therapeutic techniques.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a caseload effectively within a flexible schedule.
