Duties
- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Manage children's behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap time.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the childcare area.
- Stay informed about child development best practices and first aid protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in daycare is preferred.
- Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and preschool education principles.
- Strong behavior management skills to handle various situations effectively.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- A background in early childhood education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with children and parents alike.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
