Drive Financial Performance & Growth
- Own the profitability and performance of your group
- Develop and execute short- and long-term plans aligned with company goals
- Lead budget development and financial oversight to ensure strong results
- Guide bid strategy and project execution, positioning the team to win and deliver
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and partners
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and overall financial health
Build & Develop High-Performing Teams
- Maintain staffing levels to meet operational demands
- Mentor and develop leaders, building a strong and capable bench
- Address employee matters with consistency and alignment to company values
- Partner with HR to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement
Champion Safety & Quality
- Lead a safety-first culture across all operations
- Establish and track safety and quality goals for the group
- Drive accountability through audits, coaching, and continuous improvement
- Lead and participate in learning events to strengthen processes after incidents
- Ensure work consistently meets or exceeds quality standards
