Accurately complete routine reconciliation process of the Barri products and be compliant with regulatory and company guideline

Is this for you? Here are some specifics:

·         Reconcile operational transactions according to Company policies and procedures.

·         Analysis financial Reporting according to Management requirements.

·         Evaluate the discrepancies with our vendors and internal customer to give the final decision

·         Approve or reject credits and reimburses

·         Handle day to day internal customers calls related to reconciliation issues, as well as handle external calls.

                                                                                 

What you will need to succeed:

·         Reconciliation of sales operations posted in in a timely manner.

·         Requires core competencies of communication, leadership, ability to drive change, innovative outlook and problem analysis

·         Strong customer service skills and a desire to provide solutions to our internal and external customer

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments while meeting deadlines.

·         Very good problem solving skills and an ability to work within the company to influence behaviors to support our customers.

·         A self-starter, with excellent time management and organizational skill required.

 

 

What will make you stand out?

·         Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required). Will consider work experience.

·         Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

·         Ability to work well independently in a team environment.  Ability to work with all levels within the organization required.

·         Good verbal and written professional communication.

·         Ability to work under pressure and delivery of requirements on specific due dates

·         Team player

En este puesto estarás efectuando el proceso de reconciliación de productos cumpliendo con las políticas y procedimientos internos. Adicionalmente será responsable de dar seguimiento a cualquier diferencia que resulte en el día a día ¿Suena interesante? Ve las especificaciones:

·         Conciliar transacciones operacionales de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía.

·         Análisis y Reporteo Financiero de acuerdo a las necesidades de la Gerencia.

·         Evaluar las discrepancias que resulten de la conciliación de productos dando seguimiento con proveedores y/o departamentos internos para tomar una decisión final.

·         Aprobar o declinar créditos y reembolsos.

·         Manejo diario de llamadas internas y externas relacionadas con la reconciliación de productos.

 

Este puesto desarrollará las siguientes actividades:

·         Conciliación de Operaciones de Ventas realizadas, detectar y notificar oportunamente los registros de corrección necesarios.

·         Requiere competencias básicas de comunicación, liderazgo, capacidad para impulsar el cambio, perspectivas innovadoras y análisis de problemas.

·         Alto nivel de servicio al clientes  para ofrecer solución a clientes internos y externos.

·         Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y asignaciones en tiempos específicos.

·         Habilidad para la solución de problemas y la capacidad de trabajar dentro de la empresa para ofrecer apoyo y solución a nuestros clientes. 

·         Un emprendedor, con una excelente gestión de manejo de tiempo y organización.

 

 

 

¿Cuáles son los requerimientos de este puesto?:

 

·         Educación: High School y/o equivalente a  o carrera técnica se tomara experiencia laboral en tareas administrativas como estudio.

·         Buen manejo de PC y conocimiento en Microsoft Office.

·         Comunicación profesional tanto verbal como  escrita.

·         Habilidad para trabajar bien  independientemente en un ambiente de equipo. Capacidad para trabajar con todos los niveles dentro de una organización

·         Una comunicación profesional verbal y escrita.

·         Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y entrega de requerimientos en fechas especificas

·         Trabajo en Equipo

 

·         Bilingüe
