Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains the grounds of the assigned property. Cleans the exterior, hallways and breezeways of the interior common halls, and surroundings of each building.
- Performs daily grounds routines. Responsible for daily removal / clearing of snow, trash and debris.
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties. Paint touch-up as necessary.
- Collect all debris around buildings and within breezeways, around amenities, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Valid driver’s license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
Pay/Schedule:
- Starting Pay - $15.00 per hour
- Day shift
