What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate - Accounts Payable Clerk position at Barrett & Stokely?

Essential Job Functions:
- Work with managers and other staff to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Work with vendors to resolve invoice problems.
- Process invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Input invoices and payments into Entrata software.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable (or other applicable work) experience.
- General knowledge of accounting methods and practices.
- Strong computer skills in applicable accounts payable software.
- Experience with Entrata a plus.
- Experience with AVID preferred.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
