Essential Job Functions:
- Open and close the pool facility in accordance with the predetermined schedule and start up/shut down procedures.
- Assist in the overall operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, deck area, rest rooms and adjacent areas.
- Monitor residents entering and exiting the pool area. Ensures the state capacity is not exceeded.
- Ensure all posted pool rules are being adhered to. Respond to emergency situations appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Valid drivers license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
