Barrett’s Quality Eats is looking for a Service Director to lead all aspects of front-of-house service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a strong shift, develop a team, and solve problems. The right candidate will be passionate about not only exceeding our guests expectations at every turn, but developing a team of employees who excel as professionals.
The Service Director is accountable for the day-to-day performance of the front of house. You’ll set expectations, give people the tools and direction they need to succeed, and make sure our standards are carried out consistently.
Role and Responsibilities
The Service Director is accountable for the following outcomes.
- Guest Satisfaction
- S.O.P. Creation and Compliance
- Development of FOH Team Members
- FOH Staffing
- Oversight of Bar and Coffee Program
- Drive the Culture
- LMA (Lead Manage = Accountability)
- Cash Management
- Waste/Loss Reduction
- Maintenance and Cleanliness
- Attend weekly manager and quarterly/yearly VTO meetings
The right candidate will be organized, confidently make decisions and solve problems, be a teacher at heart, and care deeply about hospitality. Preference will be given to those with restaurant management experience, though anyone with the right skill set will be considered.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
