Job description
This is a full-time baking position working 25-30 hours a week. This is a morning shift starting 4 am. Most weekends are required.

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for all aspects of Baking operations, including preparation, cooking, and portioning of baked goods.
- Willingness to help in preparation for the savory kitchen.
- Maintains and properly uses all kitchen equipment including ovens, slicers, blenders, food processors, mixers and rotisserie.
- Consistently ensures that bakery duties are excellently prepped, seasoned and cooked to the standards taught by leaders by the designated time of completion.
- Follows standard operating procedures of all recipes, techniques, and builds sheets of assigned dishes as taught by leaders.
- Responsible for correct product storage of all mise en place, including labeling and dating procedures.
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintains a clear dish station including but not limited to chemicals, janitorial supplies, and health department standards and assists with deep cleaning schedule.
- Supports the team (Front of House and Kitchen) whenever needed
- Has intimate knowledge of Department of Health standards and uses them as a guide to keep kitchen spaces tidy.
What we need from you:
- Culinary/Baking Degree or
- 2 years in a Bakery/Pastry Cook position in a similar environment
- Servsafe Certification a Plus
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- English fluency preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
