AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- 1ST SHIFT Monday through Friday from 6AM to 230PM
- 2ND SHIFT Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM ( $1.50/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment such as conveyors, grinders, mixers, mills, elevators, and packaging systems
- Daily checks of motors, bearings, chains and belts on conveyors
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform timely repairs
- Maintain facility systems including boilers, compressors, HVAC, and utilities as required
- Assist with installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production issues
- Work closely with production teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
- Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment.
- Climb and descend stairs and ladders safely and routinely, including accessing elevated work areas and equipment.
- Ability to safely operate or work from a scissor lift to access elevated equipment and production areas for inspection, verification, and environmental or sanitation sampling
- Maintain balance and stability while working on elevated platforms, stairs, ladders, and uneven or wet surfaces, as applicable.
- Work in varying environmental conditions, including areas that may be hot, cold, wet, humid, noisy, or subject to temperature fluctuations.
