Day To Day Responsibilities
- Utilize Barrett's ERP system, Plex, for location of bulk product
- Ensure quality of bulk product by inspecting product prior to movement
- Scan bulk product onto the packaging line it will hang on
- Safely hang 2,000lb bulk product on the packaging line & notify the packaging operator
- Weigh any bulk product that did not get packaged into smaller bags & report it to the packaging operator
- Ensure FIFO
- Enter product information & print labels for pallets in our ERP system, Plex
- Screen kibble as necessary
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete paperwork
- Wrap & transport finished pallets to the warehouse & stage for shipping
- Count and check orders as they are packaged for accuracy
