What's your day like?
As a new Equipment Maintenance Technician at Barrett Petfood, you can expect a dynamic day filled with engaging activities focused on maintaining and troubleshooting our machinery. Each day will involve conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing any equipment issues to ensure smooth operations. You’ll collaborate closely with other team members, reporting on maintenance tasks and participating in innovative problem-solving discussions. It's essential to stay customer-centric, as your work directly impacts production efficiency and product quality. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, allowing you to work during peak operational hours.
