Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse/Circulator provides professional nursing care for all age groups, including assessment, planning, and evaluation. They advocate for patients in Surgical Services and participate in regular shifts and call coverage. Ideal candidates value customer service, teamwork, and public service.
Schedule: Days with Call, Various, Full-time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- MT RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- a minimum of 2 years working within the Operating Room or 2-3 years of experience working as a Circulator within the OR or in other specialties
Preferred experience:
- CNOR certification
- minimum of 3 years of experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective in project management and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with leadership, staff, and community
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
