- Manage a portfolio of leads through CRM software, nurturing relationships via follow-up calls and personalized communication
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients and increase brand awareness within assigned territories
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process while maximizing upselling opportunities and closing deals efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams on account management, ensuring client needs are met throughout the sales cycle
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and sales data for continuous improvement of sales strategies
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development within real estate, technology sales, or B2B environments
- Strong management skills with a track record of territory management and lead generation success
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities
- Experience in retail or inside sales is advantageous, especially in high-volume environments requiring cold calling and direct sales approaches
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies for territory growth
- Prior experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and B2B sales practices is highly desirable
