About The Role
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, wire EDM, and surface grinding equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Document and perform accurate in-process inspections to ensure high-quality production throughout machining operations.
- Conduct routine operator maintenance to keep equipment running safely and reliably.
- Train team members on machining processes, best practices, and safe operation of equipment.
- Support the team by performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
