About The Role
- Administer and support the existing Microsoft Great Plains (ERP) and any future ERP, to ensure availability, performance, functionality and security meet changing operational needs.
- Provide day-to-day administration and support of other business systems, including Dynamic 365 Sales & Marketing (CRM), Azure Data Warehouse (EDW), HRIS, and Power BI.
- Support and embrace the adoption and support of new enterprise systems, for example expanding or acquiring new capabilities or replacing end-of-life platforms.
- Create, publish, and maintain training documentation, deliver training digitally or in person as appropriate, and actively seek to uplift the knowledge and skills of system users to maximise the productivity and satisfaction of staff, and the value in the investment.
- Maintain the on-line Learning Hub to ensure relevant information is current and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and operational requirements and deliver relevant solutions that also align to Group IT principles and objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise into requirements gathering and analysis, selection, planning, design and adoption activities related to business system initiatives and projects.
- Assist with the planning, monitoring, testing and improvement of business systems resilience, availability, and recovery, informed by business requirements.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues in other regions as part of a global IT team and contribute to cross-regional knowledge sharing and process harmonization.
- Follow change management processes and contribute to their continuous improvement, to maximise the success and minimise the impact associated with new systems, upgrades etc.
- Identify risks related to business systems and raise them appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external obligations and support audit activities.
- Provide reporting and insights as requested.
- Maintain positive relationships with external service providers that underpin effective vendor performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred fields: Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technology support role.
- 5 years of experience administering all facets of Great Plains (ERP).
- Experience administering or providing advanced support of Dynamics 365 or other similar enterprise-level business systems is highly desirable.
- Experience administering non-Microsoft ERP's, or an ability and willingness to develop cross-ERP support skills, is highly desirable.
- Experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards and data quality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in high pressure environments.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
