About the Role
The Front Desk Receptionist plays an important part in our Operations team and is often the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This entry-level role helps create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting day-to-day office operations. We are hiring two front desk receptionists for our Chandler office.
This position is onsite, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage the front desk area and maintain a welcoming office environment
Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and basic administrative tasks
Support team members with general office needs as assigned
What You Bring
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfort using office technology
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (not required)
Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required
