The Front Desk Receptionist plays an important part in our Operations team and is often the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This entry-level role helps create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting day-to-day office operations. We are hiring two front desk receptionists for our Chandler office.
This position is onsite, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a welcoming office environment
- Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and basic administrative tasks
- Support team members with general office needs as assigned
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort using office technology
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (not required)
- Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required
