Senior Loan Processor

We're hiring an experienced loan processor.

We're a Las Vegas mortgage brokerage with a broad product mix — FHA, VA, conventional, non-QM and DSCR, renovation, HELOCs — across multiple states and a dozen wholesale lenders. Remote, with time in the office as needed to meet with clients and per MLO request . Volume is steady and we need someone who can own files start to finish.

The role: • Manage loan files from submission through funding • Collect documentation from borrowers and stay on it until the file is complete • Clear conditions with wholesale underwriters and keep AEs moving • Coordinate title, escrow, insurance and appraisal • Keep borrowers and agents informed so nobody is guessing where a file stands

What we're looking for: • Real processing experience — that's the part we can't teach • Comfortable across FHA, VA and conventional; non-QM a plus • MLO licensed preferred, but not required • Organized, responsive, and steady when a file gets tight

We'll train you on the rest. Coming from retail or another shop is fine. We'll get you up to speed on our broker portals, our compliance protocol, and how we set files up so compliance and payroll both flow correctly.

Compensation: per file or salaried — we'll structure it either way. The rate is based on your overall experience in the mortgage industry and specifically your experience supporting mortgage brokers.
