Mortgage Loan Closer

Barrett Financial Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This position is responsible for handling loans after Clear to Close. Balancing the Final CD with the Settlement Agents, generating the closing package, ensuring our internal LOS (ARIVE) is accurate and ready for the funding department and transferring the loan to the Funding Team. This is an on-site full-time position. Based pay salary. No bonuses available.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Closing/Funding experience.
2. We work with a high volume of loans. Candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
3. Must be familiar with TRID and Industry guidelines.
4. Concise communication with all parties involved.
5. Self-motivated and detail-oriented is a MUST.

· 2 years of experience in mortgage closing or funding

1. Review submitted loan paperwork & Invoices.
2. Request/gather any missing data.
3. Balance the loan with the Settlement Agent.
4. Prepare and coordinate all final loan documentation for loan closing.
5. Ensure documents are completed and submitted promptly.
6. Ensure our internal LOS (Arive) is updated to reflect final loan terms and final fees.
7. Forward closing documents to all parties, including borrowers, Loan Officers, agents, escrow, and title.
8. Ensure production complies with company’s policies/procedures
9. Work closely with the Funding Team.
