The Position
The HRBP Manager, reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, has a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing impactful support across multiple locations. This role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm.

The compensation for this position is $115K-$115K/year, depending on experience.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
  • Lead initiatives that enhance and build upon our strong organizational culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Employee Relations, attract, develop and retain high performing, diverse talent within the business; build future leaders through mentoring and serving as a role model.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of assigned HRBPs; develop and communicate clear goals and expectations for assigned staff; provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Actively leads meetings and effectively communicates department goals and company-wide information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

What You Bring to the Table"

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration, or similar. Master’s Degree preferred. May substitute 8 years of directly related experience in lieu of degrees. HR professional certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly desired.
  • A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of managing complex employee relations issues with a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. Minimum of two (2) years of management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management systems preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
