BBSI on behalf of our client is seeking a full-time Skilled Landscaping Maintenance Technician.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Mow lawns, trim, and edge around hardscapes and softscapes
Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
Trim shrubs, pull weeds, and perform general pruning
Apply fertilizer to turf and plants
Blow walkways and job sites free of debris
Perform minor irrigation system repairs
Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
One year of landscaping experience
Valid driver’s license required
Strong customer service mindset
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to take initiative and maintain a strong work ethic
Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check upon job offer and meet all other pre-employment requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous landscape maintenance or installation experience, including irrigation systems
Experience operating landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, etc.)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
OTHER DETAILS:
Full-time: 30–40 hours per week (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Landscape maintenance – 1 year (required)
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required
