About the Role
BBSI, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Dealer Relations and ERP Manager to support operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, supporting dealer relationships, managing ERP logistics, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily and monthly production activities to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and schedule workflow and production goals.
Provide exceptional support to dealers and sales representatives, both verbal and written.
Manage ERP system logistics, data entry, and workflow coordination.
Handle change orders, workflow scheduling, and production updates.
Coordinate warranty resolutions, trailer planning, engine orders, and outgoing freight.
Approve final invoices, HINs, and VINs.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support employee development through coaching and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field preferred.
Experience & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and team-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
