About the Role

BBSI, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Dealer Relations and ERP Manager to support operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, supporting dealer relationships, managing ERP logistics, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily and monthly production activities to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.

• Collaborate with leadership to plan and schedule workflow and production goals.

• Provide exceptional support to dealers and sales representatives, both verbal and written.

• Manage ERP system logistics, data entry, and workflow coordination.

• Handle change orders, workflow scheduling, and production updates.

• Coordinate warranty resolutions, trailer planning, engine orders, and outgoing freight.

• Approve final invoices, HINs, and VINs.

• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Support employee development through coaching and performance feedback.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate documentation and production records.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field preferred.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and team-building abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
