Barrett Agency – Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is building a team of driven, competitive professionals who want more than an ordinary job. Our agents must live in Indiana but can serve clients and offer insurance products throughout both Indiana and Ohio.

What You’ll Do
- Build your business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Meet virtually or in person with prospective and existing clients
- Recommend insurance solutions based on each client’s needs
- Prepare quotes and complete applications
- Provide outstanding service and ongoing policy support
- Consistently pursue individual and agency sales goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Must currently reside in Indiana
- Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Indiana insurance license—or the ability to become licensed
- Sales, insurance, or financial-services experience is preferred but not required
