Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a growing law firm with a high-volume caseload. This role is essential to managing litigation cases, appearing in court, and supporting internal team operations.
The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and able to independently handle litigation matters from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases in litigation from filing through resolution
- Draft, review, and approve pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Conduct depositions and attend court appearances
- Review and analyze expert reports
- Oversee and support paralegals
- Answer legal questions and provide case direction to staff
- Assist with intake coordination and case strategy
- Ensure cases are properly litigated to maximize recovery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (personal injury required)
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Ability to think critically and handle complex cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising paralegals or legal staff
- Background in personal injury (plaintiff or defense)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 - $120,000
