Full job description
We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team. Join our team at Barrera EYE Center, where we are all about delivering professional eye care services with a smile and treat all our patients like family. We’re on a mission to provide the best vision care in the Brownsville area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Must be friendly, punctual, energetic, dependable, takes initiative and hard working with a personal drive to grow with the practice. Great customer service! Bilingual preferred.
New hire will be assisting patients with frame selection, sales and ordering. Assisting in the optical with measuring lenses and lens-finishing process. And answering phones, taking appointments, verifying insurance, pretesting patients, and assisting the doctor as needed.
New employee must be willing to cross-train for multiple duties in the office.
