What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Bartender position at Barrel & Vine?

Bartender Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, mix and serve crafted cocktails, wine, and whiskey
- Assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations
- Check identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Maintain the bar, restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bartenders: Strong drink-mixing, garnishing, and serving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Bartenders: Computer literacy for processing orders
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
