As the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar.

• Managing scheduling, inventory, and POS systems to maintain efficiency.
• Handling high-volume service environments with confidence and poise.

We’re searching for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• 5 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality management (preferred).
• Proven leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools.
• Experience managing high-volume service environments is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, nightlife, and creating memorable guest experiences.
