Join our dynamic team as a Door-to-Door Valet Trash Collector. You will have a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and environmental responsibility within our multi unit apartment communities. This energetic position requires a valid drivers license, clean background and exceptional discipline while working along side a team of 3-4 others as well as staying on task while working alone. Our Valet Trash Services operate on a designated schedule that benefits our tenants and facilities.

Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Trash Pick up in multiple apartment communities in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload waste materials into the on-site waste receptacles.
- Drive through assigned neighborhoods or commercial zones following established routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations while tracking all pick-ups and any violations observed pertaining to our services.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity; report any issues promptly for maintenance or repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route updates, safety concerns, or operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate logs of collections, route completion times, and vehicle mileage for reporting purposes.
- Assist with yard work or warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- MUST be able to climb 3 flights of stairs for 4-6 hours per day carrying trash bags down to the containers. Some facilities have elevators, however, most Valets prefer the stairs to finish the facilities quicker.
- Must have basic knowledge of a Smart Phone/Scanner/Zebra hand held device and walki to communicate with other Valets on the property.
- **THIS IS NOT a job for those unable to climb stairs or lift 50-75 pounds repetitively their entire shift.
Requirements and Experience Needed:
- Must have a valid Nebraska Drivers license with Valid Insurance.
- Must be willing to drive up to 60 miles one direction each night.
- Must be willing to work within the hours of 5pm-10pm up to 5 nights a week. Once assigned a team, your days will be disclosed. They range from Sunday-Thursday or Sun, Tues, Thurs, Friday blocks. 3 day minimum but up to 5 days available.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy haul, heavy equipment operation, or sanitation services is a plus.
- Once in the company an acceptable amount of time, usually 60 days, you may work in other departments outside of your regular shift to obtain more hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
