Barrel & Fork is looking for a Host/Host to join our team at our fine dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and seat them at tables.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide guests with menus and explain specials or menu items.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all guests are served in a timely manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
