Core Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk (at least 8 hrs/week)
- Create a warm, welcoming environment at the front desk
- Manage class check-ins, retail transactions, and client support
- Handle scheduling and studio upkeep tasks to maintain a professional environment
- Be a go-to expert on class types, studio policies, and pricing options
Sales & Membership Growth (~3 hrs/week)
- Engage new and prospective clients in-person and through follow-up to drive membership conversions
- Be fluent in all studio pricing options, current promotions, and membership perks
- Lead monthly conversion outreach and follow-up
- Regularly report conversion metrics and sales trends to Studio Owner
- Upsell retail products, Play Lounge packages, and special events or promotions with confidence and integrity.
Team Leadership & Communication (~1 hrs/week)
- Lead short team huddles or check-ins to build awareness of studio goals
- Train and coach front desk team members on sales conversations and studio procedures
- Provide feedback and support to team members to ensure sales conversions and consistent client care
Operations & Administrative Support (~1 hr/week)
- Assist with scheduling
- Support community events, challenges, and studio-wide initiatives
- Help maintain digital and physical systems that support smooth day-to-day studio flow
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales, hospitality, or fitness/wellness environment
- Natural relationship-builder with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Passion for barre3’s mission and ability to embody brand values
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts when needed
