Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
- Broad HR experience, with a keen understanding of benefits administration, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation
- Experience with payroll systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range is $65,000 - $72,000, commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package includes: health & dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, 5% employer contribution to 403B, vacation time & paid time off
