What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafeteria Monitor position at Barre Unified Union School District?
Barre City Elementary and Middle School is seeking a cafeteria monitor for the 2025/2026 school year. The monitor provides supervision and assistance to students during lunch breaks and ensures a positive, safe environment for students to eat and socialize.
Hours are 10:30am - 1:30pm during student days that are not early release days. Position schedule complements the bus riding position, which also has vacancies. The Cafeteria Monitor is a wonderful opportunity to work with students and be a role model.
The lunch/recess period is approximately three hours per day. If you have a consistent schedule, but are not able to commit to a full day or a full week, please contact us to see if we can meet your scheduling needs. We are flexible!
