- Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience
- Automation: Flow Builder, Validation Rules
- Developer Fundamentals: Apex, LWC, SOQL (optional)
- Integrations: REST/SOAP basics, Postman (optional)
- Data Tools: Data Loader, Excel/Sheets
- DevOps: Change Sets, Git, Gearset/Copado (optional)
- Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack
- Assist with user account creation, deactivation, and permission assignments
- Troubleshoot access issues and permission set conflicts
- Support data integrity reviews and data loads (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
- Build and update reports & dashboards
- Resolve Salesforce-related tickets within defined SLAs
- Participate in weekly team syncs, platform enhancement discussions
- Assist engineering team in reviewing Apex errors, LWC issues, and integration logs
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and passion for Salesforce system.
- Strong Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a global team.
- Clear communication and customer first mindset.
- Technical interests in Automation, flows, Apex and integrations.
- Real-world Salesforce administration in an enterprise environment
- Security model, Flow governance, automation best practices
- Experience Cloud operations and troubleshooting
- Deployment lifecycle, UAT, change management
- Working with globally distributed teams
