Barracuda's 2026 Internship is reserved for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and does not require work authorization, now or in the future. This role is hybrid based out of Campbell, CA and required on site days Monday and Wednesday.

We are seeking a driven, eager intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team! As an Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement Intern, you will help us build our growing employer branding strategy to attract, hire, and retain great people across the globe. We want a self-starter, passionate about technology (not just AI), and excited to learn something new.

In this role you will gain exposure to our broader HR and Marketing departments. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals cross-functionally, and develop key skills essential within the fast-growing cybersecurity industry for success in the HR sector.

What You'll Be Working On

• Support building our employer branding content across Barracuda’s Career Page, LinkedIn, Comparably, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding
• Assist with data tracking and reporting on branding and recruiting metrics
• Engage in business-focused projects and present findings
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Rising Junior or Seniors preferred
• Intellectually curious with passion for learning, particularly about AI
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships across business units
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in content creation or social media preferred
• Ability to work both remotely and report to our office in Campbell, CA weekly

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $24 - $36 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
