Our client is seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join their growing waste and recycling operation in Pryor, OK.
This is a great opportunity for dependable drivers who enjoy working with equipment, staying active, and being part of a team that values safety and consistency.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Typically 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Optional Saturdays may be available
- Expect 45–50 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$22/hr DOE
- Company pays 75% of medical insurance once eligible
- Dental and vision coverage once eligible

Roll-Off Driver (Class B)
- Deliver, swap, and haul roll-off containers
- Safely transport materials to and from job sites and disposal facilities
General Responsibilities
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow DOT, safety, and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, team members, and customers
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B
- Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
- Clean driving record
- Prior experience in sanitation, construction, concrete, or heavy equipment preferred
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
