What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Barr Residential and Development?
We are currently hiring a full -time maintenance technician at a 60 unit apartment complex in Franklin, OH. The job duties would include but not be limited to:
- Unit turns
- Plumbing repair
- Sheetrock repair
- Grounds clean up
- Normal interior repairs
The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well-being of the tenants. Must have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
